Position Details

• Position: Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager
• Location: Macon, GA
• Placement: Direct Hire
• Start: ASAP
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
• Setting: Home Infusion Pharmacy

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations
• Supervise pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Maintain safe and accurate medication care for patients
• Lead and support the pharmacy team
• Build productive, cooperative relationships across the team

Requirements

• Current, active Georgia Pharmacist license in good standing
• At least 2 years of infusion pharmacy experience
• Prior infusion pharmacy management experience highly preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as both a team leader and team member
• Proven ability to develop productive working relationships with pharmacy staff
