Infusion Pharmacy Manager - Atlanta, GA

A leadership opportunity is available for an experienced Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily operations within a dynamic pharmacy setting. 

This DIRECT HIRE role is based in Atlanta, GA, offering a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., with some administrative on-call flexibility required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily pharmacy workflow, delegating tasks to pharmacists and technicians effectively.

- Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws, holding team members accountable.

- Manage training and orientation programs for pharmacy staff, emphasizing continuous professional development.

- Oversee pharmaceutical care, including patient counseling, prescription review, and safe medication dispensing.

- Collaborate with logistics teams to maintain proper storage and handling of medications and supplies.

- Set and follow through on quarterly and annual department goals.
- Conduct employee evaluations and provide structured feedback to foster team growth.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

- Proven management experience within pharmacy settings, particularly infusion or home infusion services.

- Familiarity with pharmacy regulatory requirements and strong enforcement capabilities.

- Demonstrated ability in staff training, orientation, and performance assessments.

- Experience working with CPR+ and/or CareTend pharmacy systems.

- Active Georgia pharmacist license is required.

- Ability to lead initiatives that align with organizational values focusing on training and quality.

Additional Details:

- Compensation range is $160,000 to $175,000 annually, dependent on experience.
