Schedule:

• Variable Day and Afternoon shifts
• 10-hour shifts: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 11-hour shifts: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• 12-hour shifts: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate a collaborative partnership with store operations, promoting associate engagement and effectively communicating pharmacy strategies.
• Oversee prescription accuracy through comprehensive Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Drive pharmacy profitability and script growth via clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM) when available.
• Manage inventory control and work closely with leadership to meet customer demand and optimize profits.
• Align department performance with key measurable metrics to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and fostering customer loyalty.
• Supervise, train, coach, and manage pharmacy staff, maintaining a secure and compliant pharmacy environment.
• Handle customer and physician interactions, ensuring clear communication and resolution of prescription concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy area while promoting ongoing staff development and controlling labor costs.
• Prioritize daily tasks including inventory cycle counts and timely fulfillment of customer orders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree
• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
• Current Pennsylvania Immunization License
