This position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced pharmacy professional to lead inpatient pharmacy operations. As a Senior Manager, you will oversee all aspects of pharmacy services within the inpatient setting, ensuring high-quality medication management and operational excellence.

• Bellevue, WA (Kaiser Capitol Hill facility, Seattle area)

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of inpatient pharmacy services to ensure safe, effective, and timely medication delivery
• Lead, mentor, and develop pharmacy staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
• Establish and implement policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements and best practices
• Collaborate with medical and administrative leadership to optimize pharmacy services and patient care
• Monitor key performance indicators and outcomes to drive continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications / Desired Experience

• Extensive experience in managing pharmacy operations, preferably in an inpatient hospital setting
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage and develop multidisciplinary teams
• In-depth knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Pharmacy management experience (RX or Pharmacy Manager roles) highly preferred
