Supervising Pharmacy Manager | Beloit, Wisconsin

An opportunity for an experienced pharmacy leader is available with a regional healthcare system requiring oversight of multiple pharmacy locations. This role provides operational management and strategic leadership, focusing on financial performance, quality initiatives, and system-wide pharmacy operations.

Location: Janesville, WI

Schedule: Monday–Friday with 24/7 accountability

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct pharmacy operations across assigned sites ensuring compliance with hospital policies and legal requirements
• Collaborate with system pharmacy leadership in operational planning, budgeting, and problem resolution
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with medical staff and other hospital departments
• Oversee pharmacy information systems development including charge systems and inventory controls
• Participate actively in various committees such as Pharmacy & Therapeutics, Safety, and Patient Medication Safety
• Manage human resource functions including hiring, staff development, performance evaluations, and employee relations
• Ensure pharmacy operations meet established productivity, budget, engagement, and patient outcomes targets
• Fulfill additional pharmacy manager duties as required

Qualifications and Experience:

• PharmD degree from an accredited college or university
• Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY2 pharmacy residency in health-system pharmacy administration or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years in supervisory or management roles within pharmacy operations
• Active Wisconsin Pharmacist license is required
