Job Description
Soliant is seeking an experienced Pharmacist In Charge (PIC) for a direct hire opportunity at a specialty HIV/AIDS pharmacy in San Francisco, California. This leadership role oversees daily pharmacy operations in a mission-driven environment focused on delivering high-quality care to vulnerable patient populations. The ideal candidate brings strong retail or specialty pharmacy leadership experience and a solid clinical foundation in HIV/AIDS therapy.

Responsibilities
Serve as Pharmacist-In-Charge (PIC) and oversee all pharmacy operations
Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and internal standards
Supervise and support pharmacy staff in daily workflow and operations
Provide clinical pharmacy services in a specialty HIV/AIDS-focused setting
Collaborate with leadership teams to develop and implement best practices
Participate in internal and external meetings, trainings, and professional development
Maintain alignment with organizational mission, values, and quality initiatives
Contribute to process improvement and consistency across pharmacy operations

Qualifications
Active California Pharmacist license
Minimum 3–5 years of pharmacy management or PIC experience (retail or specialty required)
Strong foundational knowledge of HIV/AIDS medications required
Experience
5–10+ years of pharmacy leadership experience highly preferred
Experience in specialty, retail, or community pharmacy settings required
Hospital-only experience will not be considered
Education
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent from an accredited institution
Work Hours
Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Full-time schedule
Compensation
Salary Range: $165,000 – $180,000
Quarterly performance-based bonuses available
