Pharmacy Manager - Berlin, NH

Location:

• Rural hospital setting in New Hampshire

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations ensuring smooth workflow
• Lead and oversee staffing and scheduling for pharmacy team
• Ensure pharmacy compliance with regulatory, HR, and budgetary standards
• Represent the pharmacy department in hospital meetings and collaborations
• Drive and manage pharmacy projects and initiatives to enhance service quality
• Supervise a team of approximately 5 full-time equivalent staff members
• Report directly to the Hospital CEO and system VP of Pharmacy
