A retail pharmacy leader is sought for a full-time Pharmacy Manager role in Binghamton, NY. This direct-hire position involves comprehensive oversight and management of pharmacy operations within a store setting, focusing on maintaining regulatory compliance, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Foster strong collaboration with the store operations team and communicate pharmacy and company strategies to associates.
• Ensure prescription accuracy and appropriateness through Drug Utilization Review and Quality Assurance, complying with state and federal regulations.
• Manage department profitability by promoting clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
• Oversee inventory control by tracking sales trends and ordering pharmaceutical stock to meet customer demand.
• Align departmental performance with key operational metrics for effectiveness and efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service, including healthcare counseling and resolution of customer inquiries.
• Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy associates, and support staff, including training, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain pharmacy security and a clean, organized environment.
• Communicate with healthcare providers to resolve prescription-related issues.
• Prioritize and ensure timely completion of pharmacy tasks like inventory management and will-calls.

Desired Qualifications:
