Responsibilities include maintaining robust partnerships with the store operations team, ensuring all prescriptions comply with state and federal regulations through thorough Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance, and spearheading initiatives to grow script volume via clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM). You will oversee inventory management, aligning business strategies with the seven key department metrics to optimize both service quality and profitability.

Your leadership will extend to supervising pharmacists and pharmacy associates, managing staff development, training, and performance, while upholding pharmacy security and resolving customer concerns to build trust and loyalty. Maintaining a clean, organized pharmacy environment and prioritizing critical tasks like cycle counts and will-calls will also be a crucial part of your role.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
• Current New York State Pharmacist License
• Proven leadership in retail pharmacy operations
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and clinical program implementation
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage inventory and financial performance metrics effectively
