Interim Pharmacy Manager/Director

INTERIM PHARMACY MANAGER/DIRECTOR

We’re seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager/Director for a 3+ month hospital assignment. The ideal candidate will have strong hospital pharmacy management experience and be willing to step in and staff when needed.

Requirements:

• Active Massachusetts Pharmacist License

• Hospital pharmacy management experience required

• Must be willing to staff as needed

• Strong leadership and pharmacy operations experience

Responsibilities:

• Oversee inpatient pharmacy operations

• Perform Pharmacy Manager/Director duties

• Lead and support pharmacy staff

• Ensure compliance with pharmacy policies and procedures

• Staff pharmacist shifts as needed

• Support the pharmacy team and daily operations

Schedule:

• 3+ month interim assignment

• Staffing schedule as needed
