Pharmacy Manager in Bronx, NY

This role involves leading daily pharmacy operations to ensure smooth workflow, inventory control, patient safety, and quality assurance. The successful candidate will oversee compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including HIPAA, Fraud, Waste & Abuse policies, and pharmacy practice standards. Responsibilities also include upholding health center policies and operational standards, as well as managing accurate dispensing, prescription verification, and thorough documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensuring efficiency and safety
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including HIPAA and Fraud, Waste & Abuse protocols
• Ensure adherence to health center policies and operational standards
• Oversee precise dispensing, prescription verification, and comprehensive documentation processes
• Monitor inventory and maintain quality assurance standards

Qualifications:

• Valid New York State pharmacy license
• Minimum of 5 years as a pharmacist
• At least 3 years in pharmacy management or leadership roles
