Position Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Position: Direct Hire / Permanent
• Weekends: Off
• Nights: None
• Holidays: Closed most federal holidays
• Comp: $150,000-$160,000 +
• Benefits: Full Benefits Package + PTO + 10% bonus each year 

Responsibilities

• Lead daily pharmacy operations, workflow, inventory, and quality assurance
• Oversee prescription dispensing, verification, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations
• Maintain HIPAA and Fraud, Waste & Abuse compliance
• Support patient safety and pharmacy practice standards
• Ensure adherence to facility and pharmacy operational policies

Requirements

• Active New York Pharmacist license
• 5+ years of pharmacist experience
• 3+ years of pharmacy management or leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, compliance, and patient safety
• Proven ability to lead pharmacy staff and manage daily workflow
