Supervising Pharmacy Manager | Brookfield, Wisconsin

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a pharmacy team including pharmacists, compounding, and processing technicians
• Manage the P&L, achieving monthly production and financial targets
• Collaborate with executive leadership to optimize workflows and growth planning
• Drive process improvements with digital, supply chain, logistics, and care teams
• Ensure regulatory compliance including acquisition and maintenance of state licenses
• Partner with development and sales teams on product guidance, training, and customer engagement
• Allocate approximately 50% of your time to direct operational activities, including medication order processing
• Consistently deliver exceptional service emphasizing continuous improvement

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years as a practicing Pharmacist with 3+ years as a PIC supervising pharmacists and technicians
• At least 2 years of compounding pharmacy experience
• Licensed and in good standing as a Pharmacist in Wisconsin; additional state licenses a plus
• Proficiency with USP Chapters <795> and <800> standards
• Formal training or equivalent experience in non-sterile compounding preferred
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy
