Retail Pharmacy Manager in Burnham, PA

Schedule & Hours:

• 62 hours bi-weekly
• Variable day and afternoon shifts
• Typical shifts include:
  • 10-hour shifts: 9am – 7pm
  • 11-hour shifts: 9am – 8pm
  • 12-hour shifts: 8am – 8pm or 9am – 9pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations through accurate Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance.
• Collaborate with store operations to drive associate engagement and communicate company strategy effectively.
• Oversee inventory control and order pharmaceutical stock to meet customer demand and maximize profitability.
• Align performance objectives to key department metrics focusing on effectiveness and efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints to build trust and loyalty.
• Supervise, train, and coach pharmacy staff while maintaining department security and cleanliness.
• Engage with healthcare providers to resolve prescription-related issues and stay informed on customer healthcare needs.
• Prioritize daily pharmacy tasks including inventory, cycle counts, and will-call management.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree
• Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
• Current Pennsylvania Immunization License
• Proven leadership and retail pharmacy management experience
