A full-time Pharmacy Manager opportunity is available at a retail pharmacy location in Burnham, PA. This role requires a hands-on leader to drive pharmacy operations and foster collaboration with store teams while delivering excellent customer service.

The Pharmacy Manager will oversee the accuracy and compliance of prescription fulfillment, ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations. A key responsibility is growing the pharmacy business by implementing clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM). Inventory control, staff supervision, and employee development are critical components, along with managing department performance against established metrics.

Schedule:

• Variable day and afternoon shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with store operations and communicate company strategies to pharmacy staff
• Complete Drug Utilization Review and quality assurance on all prescriptions
• Drive script growth and profitability through clinical initiatives
• Manage pharmacy inventory and ordering
• Lead pharmacy team through training, coaching, and performance management
• Maintain pharmacy security and compliance
• Resolve customer service issues, building trust and loyalty
• Engage with healthcare providers to address prescription-related inquiries
• Oversee pharmacy cleanliness, task prioritization, and operational efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree required
• Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
• Current Pennsylvania Immunization License
