A full-time Pharmacy Manager position is available to oversee and lead pharmacy operations within a retail setting in Burnham, PA. This direct hire opportunity involves managing pharmacy staff, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and driving business growth through clinical programs and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong collaboration with store operations and pharmacy teams to align goals and boost associate engagement.
  • Verify the accuracy and appropriateness of prescriptions through comprehensive Drug Utilization Review and final quality assurance checks.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering pharmaceutical stock to meet customer demand and maximize profitability.
  • Implement and track key performance metrics to enhance the pharmacy department’s efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Deliver superior customer service by addressing medical inquiries, resolving issues, and providing healthcare counseling.
  • Supervise, train, and coach pharmacists, pharmacy associates, and support staff while managing performance and discipline.
  • Maintain pharmacy security and ensure a clean, organized work environment.
  • Liaise with physicians and utilize reference resources to resolve prescription-related questions.
  • Coordinate department tasks such as cycle counts, inventory management, and timely handling of will-call prescriptions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree.
  • Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License.
  • Current Pennsylvania Immunization License.

Schedule:

  • Variable Day/Afternoon shifts.
