A new ambulatory infusion center north of Charlotte, NC, is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead the launch and daily operations of their pharmacy. This direct hire opportunity requires a dedicated professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering safe, high-quality medication care within an infusion setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
• Supervise and support pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to maintain a high standard of patient care
• Foster teamwork and develop cooperative relationships among staff members
• Implement policies and procedures that promote safety and efficiency in medication handling and infusion services

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an infusion pharmacy setting; management experience preferred
• Current and active pharmacist license in North Carolina, in good standing
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
