A growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead operations at a new ambulatory infusion pharmacy north of Charlotte, NC. This direct hire opportunity offers the chance to build and manage a pharmacy team at a brand-new site dedicated to high-quality infusion care.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily pharmacy operations ensuring compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
  • Supervise and support pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to maintain safe medication practices and excellent patient care
  • Foster a positive team environment and collaborate with clinical and operational staff to achieve organizational goals
  • Ensure adherence to proper medication storage, handling, and dispensing procedures
  • Manage workflow to optimize efficiency and patient safety within the infusion pharmacy setting

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active and current North Carolina pharmacist license in good standing
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an infusion pharmacy setting, with a strong preference for candidates with infusion management experience
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop pharmacy team members
  • Commitment to delivering patient-centered care while maintaining regulatory compliance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills conducive to a team-focused environment

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
