Pharmacy Manager - Charlotte, NC

This opportunity focuses on leadership within an infusion pharmacy setting, managing daily pharmacy operations at a new ambulatory infusion center opening north of Charlotte, NC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Supervise and support pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to deliver safe and effective medication care.
• Maintain a collaborative team environment, promoting strong working relationships across all staff members.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid North Carolina pharmacy license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an infusion pharmacy setting.
• Prior management experience in an infusion pharmacy highly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
