Supervising Pharmacy Manager | Cleveland, Ohio

Oversee pharmacy operations and clinical services as an Infusion Pharmacy Manager, ensuring the safe delivery of home-based intravenous therapies. This direct-hire opportunity in Cleveland, OH offers a Monday through Friday schedule with some administrative on-call duties and schedule flexibility.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily pharmacy operations including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory control
• Lead and develop pharmacy staff through recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including State Board of Pharmacy laws and USP <797/800> sterile compounding guidelines
• Collaborate clinically with healthcare providers to optimize infusion therapy patient outcomes
• Contribute to branch budgeting, workflow efficiency, and performance improvement efforts

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited program
• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in Ohio
• 5-7 years of clinical and operational experience in home infusion or acute care pharmacy settings
• Strong expertise in IV admixture preparation and regulatory compliance
• Demonstrated leadership skills managing pharmacy teams, focusing on staff training and orientation
• Experience with CPR+ and CareTend systems highly preferred
• Prior experience in an infusion pharmacy setting preferred; specialty pharmacy backgrounds also considered

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Administrative on-call responsibilities required
• Must have schedule flexibility
