This opportunity offers a leadership role overseeing home infusion pharmacy operations with direct responsibility for clinical services and staff management. As Pharmacy Manager, you will ensure the delivery of safe, effective home-based intravenous therapies, guide sterile compounding and IV admixture preparation, and maintain strict adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct daily pharmacy functions including sterile compounding, dispensing, and inventory control
  • Lead, train, and evaluate pharmacists and technicians; manage recruitment and on-call scheduling
  • Ensure compliance with State Board of Pharmacy regulations and USP compounding guidelines
  • Provide clinical oversight by collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
  • Participate in branch budgeting, workflow improvement, and strategic planning initiatives

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited program
  • Active, unrestricted Ohio Pharmacist license
  • 5-7 years of clinical and operational experience in home infusion or acute care pharmacy settings
  • Proven ability to lead pharmacy teams with a focus on training and orientation
  • In-depth knowledge of IV admixture services and regulatory compliance
  • Experience with CPR+/CareTend systems is highly preferred

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with schedule flexibility and administrative on-call duties

This is a direct hire opportunity with an increased compensation range of $150,000 to $158,000, depending on experience. Candidates interested in advancing their pharmacy management career in a home infusion setting are encouraged to apply.
