Home Infusion Supervising Pharmacy Manager | Columbus, Ohio

This Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager position in Columbus, OH offers the opportunity to lead daily pharmacy operations dedicated to safe, home-based intravenous therapies. This direct hire role emphasizes oversight of sterile compounding, clinical services, regulatory compliance, and team leadership to ensure optimal patient outcomes and branch efficiency.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Flexible schedule with administrative on-call duties

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all day-to-day pharmacy functions including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory control
• Lead recruitment, orientation, training, and performance management of pharmacists and technicians
• Ensure adherence to State Board of Pharmacy regulations and USP compounding guidelines
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize infusion therapy clinical outcomes
• Manage branch budgeting, workflow improvements, and strategic initiatives

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited program
• Active, unrestricted Ohio pharmacist license
• 5-7 years of clinical and operational leadership experience in home infusion or acute care pharmacy settings
• Strong knowledge of IV admixture services and regulatory accreditation standards
• Proven leadership skills managing pharmacy staff and complex workflows
• Experience with CPR+ or CareTend systems is highly preferred
