Pharmacy Manager - Infusion

We're looking for an experienced Pharmacy Manager who enjoys building strong teams, mentoring staff, and making a real impact on patient care. Pay Range: $150,000 - $158,000 annually

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the day-to-day operations of a busy home infusion pharmacy
• Oversee sterile compounding, IV admixture services, and workflow management
• Recruit, train, mentor, and support pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
• Partner with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to ensure outstanding patient care
• Drive quality initiatives while maintaining compliance with USP <797>/<800> and state regulations

What We're Looking For

• Active Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing
• Leadership experience managing pharmacy staff and training programs
• Home infusion experience strongly preferred (specialty pharmacy experience will also be considered)
• Strong knowledge of sterile compounding, IV therapies, and pharmacy operations
• Experience with CPR+ and/or CareTend is a major plus

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
• Administrative on-call responsibilities
