Job Description
Soliant is seeking an experienced Infusion Pharmacy Manager for a direct hire opportunity supporting a growing specialty infusion pharmacy in Central Ohio. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily pharmacy operations, staff development, and clinical services in a high-acuity infusion environment. The ideal candidate brings strong management experience with a background in infusion or specialty pharmacy and a commitment to regulatory compliance and patient safety.
This is a key leadership position that combines clinical oversight with operational management, ensuring high-quality pharmacy services and efficient workflow across the team.
Responsibilities
Oversee overall pharmacy operations and daily workflow
Manage and support pharmacists, technicians, and support staff
Ensure compliance with USP 797, USP 800, and state/federal regulations
Provide oversight of compounding, dispensing, and clinical monitoring services
Conduct patient-specific clinical assessments and care plan reviews
Ensure accuracy and safety in medication preparation and distribution
Manage controlled substance handling, storage, and documentation
Collaborate with physicians, providers, and referral sources
Serve as a clinical and operational resource for internal teams
Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
Conduct performance reviews, conflict resolution, and team development
Participate in on-call rotation and administrative support as needed

Strong organizational and regulatory compliance knowledge
Qualifications
Active Ohio Pharmacist license
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Registered Pharmacist (RPh) with clinical experience
Minimum 7 years of pharmacist experience required
Strong knowledge of compounding standards and sterile technique
Experience
Prior infusion pharmacy experience strongly preferred
Specialty pharmacy experience will be considered
Previous pharmacy management or supervisory experience required
Experience with sterile compounding highly preferred
Education
PharmD or equivalent pharmacy degree from an accredited institution
Post-graduate training preferred
Work Hours
Monday – Friday
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Administrative on-call responsibilities required
