Pharmacy Manager in Concord, NC

An infusion pharmacy is opening a new site north of Charlotte, NC, and is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily pharmacy operations. This direct hire role requires a leader with experience in infusion pharmacy settings, ideally with prior management experience, to guide pharmacists and technicians in delivering safe, compliant, and high-quality medication care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations ensuring compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Supervise and support pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
• Maintain high standards of medication safety and patient care within the pharmacy
• Foster collaborative and productive working relationships across the pharmacy team

Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in an infusion pharmacy setting
• Preferably previous management experience within an infusion or ambulatory pharmacy environment
• Current North Carolina pharmacist license in good standing
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work effectively both as a team leader and team member

Location: Concord/greater Charlotte area, North Carolina

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
