A full-time Pharmacy Manager opportunity is available at a busy retail location in Sunbury, PA. Schedule: Variable day and afternoon shifts with 10- to 12-hour shifts
- 10-hour shifts: Typically 9am – 7pm
- 11-hour shifts: Typically 9am – 8pm
- 12-hour shifts: 8am – 8pm or 9am – 9pm
Hours Bi-Weekly: 69 hours

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with store operations and pharmacy teams to enhance associate engagement and communicate company strategy.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of prescriptions via Drug Utilization Review and quality assurance processes, adhering to state and federal regulations.
- Drive business profitability and script growth through implementation of clinical programs, immunization services, and medication therapy management (MTM).
- Manage pharmacy inventory, track sales, and order pharmaceutical stock to meet customer demand efficiently.
- Align department goals to key metrics for effective performance and operational efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service, offering healthcare counseling and resolving customer concerns to build trust and loyalty.
- Supervise pharmacists and pharmacy staff, directing training, coaching, and discipline to maintain high team standards.
- Maintain pharmacy security and orderly operations, including inventory control and timely completion of administrative tasks.
- Interact with healthcare providers and utilize reference materials to address prescription issues and improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree
- Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
- Current Pennsylvania Immunization License
- Experience in retail pharmacy management preferred
