Pharmacy Manager - Danville, PA

This role offers an opportunity to lead a retail pharmacy department at a well-established store location. The Pharmacy Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and drive business growth through clinical programs and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with store operations to drive associate engagement and communicate company strategy to pharmacy staff
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of all prescriptions through Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance
• Manage department profitability and script growth via clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM)
• Control inventory by tracking sales, ordering stock, and minimizing waste
• Align performance objectives to key department metrics focused on efficiency and effectiveness
• Provide expert healthcare counseling and superior customer service
• Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy associates, and support staff including training, coaching, and disciplinary actions
• Maintain pharmacy security and department cleanliness
• Resolve customer issues, build trust, and handle physician communications effectively
• Oversee task prioritization including cycle counts, inventory management, and timely customer will-call fulfillment

Ideal Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree
• Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
• Current Pennsylvania Immunization License
