Home Infusion Supervising Pharmacy Manager - Decatur, Georgia

Lead daily operations and clinical services as a Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager in the Greater Atlanta, GA area. This direct hire role requires a pharmacist with extensive infusion management experience to oversee safe, home-based intravenous therapies while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and driving branch success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct pharmacy operations including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory management
• Lead recruitment, training, orientation, performance evaluations, and scheduling of pharmacy staff
• Maintain strict adherence to State Board of Pharmacy regulations and USP compounding guidelines
• Provide clinical oversight by collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize infusion therapy outcomes
• Participate in branch budgeting, workflow improvement, and strategic initiatives to boost profitability

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in Georgia
• 5-7 years of experience in home infusion or acute care pharmacy operations and clinical management
• Demonstrated expertise with IV admixture services and regulatory compliance
• Proven leadership skills in managing pharmacy teams
• Experience with CPR+ or CareTend systems is highly preferred

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Flexible schedule with administrative on-call duties as needed; regular pharmacist on-call duties are rotated among staff
