- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Closed Sundays
Primary Responsibilities:
- Register as supervising pharmacist or pharmacist-in-charge with the state board of pharmacy.
- Ensure pharmacy compliance with all federal, state, and board of pharmacy regulations and company policies.
- Manage all pharmacy operations to meet financial targets, including budgeting, payroll, third-party administration, scheduling, and inventory control.
- Lead and mentor pharmacy staff, overseeing job performance, training, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Facilitate completion of required training for all pharmacy associates.
- Engage in business development initiatives within the store and community to expand pharmacy services.
- Deliver patient-centered care through immunizations, medication therapy management (MTM), wellness programs, and counseling on medications, dosages, interactions, and side effects.
- Maintain continuous quality improvement programs to ensure patient safety and service excellence.
- Keep the pharmacy workspace organized, clean, and compliant with legal and company standards.
- Complete continuing education in accordance with state requirements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Licensed to practice pharmacy in New York State.
- Immunization Certification with demonstrated ability to administer all required vaccines.
- Recent experience as a Pharmacy Manager preferred.
