Pharmacy Manager in Dixon, IL

A permanent opportunity is available for a Pharmacy Manager at a retail pharmacy in Sterling, IL. This role focuses on overseeing daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with legal and professional standards, and driving business success within the pharmacy setting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and assist in the procurement and dispensing of medications.
• Verify prescribed medications in line with professional standards, facility procedures, and state and federal regulations.
• Achieve business goals and pharmacy performance metrics.
• Oversee fiscal management to optimize profits and control expenses, working closely with senior management.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist in Illinois.
• Minimum of 2 years pharmacist experience.
• Some management experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of retail pharmacy operations and compliance requirements.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
