Oversee and elevate home infusion pharmacy operations as a Pharmacy Manager, leading a dedicated team in providing safe, high-quality intravenous therapies in patients’ homes. This direct hire role demands expertise in infusion pharmacy management and staff leadership, with a focus on training for sustainable success.

Location: Douglasville, GA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with schedule flexibility and administrative on-call responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily pharmacy operations including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory oversight
  • Manage recruitment, orientation, and ongoing training for pharmacists and technicians to foster a skilled, compliant team
  • Maintain strict compliance with state pharmacy laws and USP <797/800> sterile compounding standards
  • Collaborate clinically with healthcare providers to ensure optimal infusion therapy outcomes
  • Drive branch performance through budgeting, workflow enhancements, and quality improvement strategies

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited program
  • Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in Georgia
  • 5–7 years of clinical and operational pharmacy experience, ideally in home infusion or acute care settings
  • Strong knowledge of sterile compounding, IV admixture services, and regulatory accreditation requirements
  • Proven leadership skills with a focus on training and staff development
  • Experience with CPR+ or CareTend systems is highly preferred
