Oversee and enhance pharmacy operations focused on home-based intravenous therapies in a leadership role designed for experienced pharmacy managers. This direct hire position is located in Douglasville, GA, and offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team within the home infusion pharmacy setting.

Key Responsibilities • Manage daily pharmacy operations, including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory control
• Lead pharmacy personnel recruitment, training, orientation, performance evaluations, and on-call scheduling
• Ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards, including State Boards of Pharmacy laws and USP <797/800> guidelines
• Provide clinical oversight of infusion therapies, collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize patient care outcomes
• Contribute to branch budgeting, workflow optimization, and continuous performance improvement initiatives
• Participate in administrative on-call duties as required, with regular pharmacist on-call rotations

Qualifications & Desired Experience • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited program
• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of Georgia
• 5-7 years of direct clinical and operational experience in home infusion or acute care pharmacy settings
• Demonstrated experience managing pharmacy staff with a strong emphasis on training and orientation
• Solid knowledge of infusion management and IV admixture services
• Familiarity with CPR+ and CareTend systems highly preferred
• Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and regulatory compliance
