Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager – Direct Hire

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Must have schedule flexibility with administrative on-call duties

Location: Dublin, OH

This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead pharmacy operations specifically focused on home infusion services. The Pharmacy Manager will oversee daily clinical and operational activities, ensuring safe administration of home-based intravenous therapies. This role requires strong leadership, regulatory compliance expertise, and management experience with pharmacy personnel. Candidates with a background in home infusion or acute care settings are highly preferred; retail/community pharmacy experience is not suitable for this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily pharmacy operations, including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory management
• Supervise pharmacists and technicians, managing recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and scheduling for on-call coverage
• Maintain compliance with state pharmacy laws and USP compounding guidelines to ensure high-quality and safe patient care
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize clinical outcomes for infusion therapy patients
• Participate in branch budgeting, workflow improvements, and performance enhancement initiatives

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in Ohio
• 5-7 years of direct clinical and operational experience in home infusion or acute care pharmacy settings
• Strong knowledge of IV admixture services and regulatory standards
• Proven leadership skills managing pharmacy teams
• Experience with CPR+/CareTend systems is highly preferred
