Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager - Dublin, OH

An opportunity is available for an Infusion Pharmacy Manager to lead daily operations in a home infusion setting, focused on delivering safe, home-based intravenous therapies. This direct hire position is based in Dublin, OH, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and requires schedule flexibility for administrative on-call duties.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory management.
• Lead, train, and manage pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, handling recruitment, orientation, performance evaluations, and on-call scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as State Boards of Pharmacy laws and USP compounding guidelines.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to maintain clinical excellence in infusion therapies and optimize patient outcomes.
• Engage in branch budgeting, workflow optimization, and performance improvement initiatives to drive business success.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in Ohio.
• 5-7 years of clinical and operational experience in a home infusion or acute care pharmacy setting.
• Proven leadership skills managing pharmacy teams with a strong emphasis on training and orientation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of IV admixture services and relevant regulatory accreditation.
• Experience with CPR+ and CareTend systems highly preferred.
• Prior home infusion experience is strongly preferred; candidates with specialty pharmacy experience will also be considered.
