Pharmacy Manager in Dublin, OH

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead and oversee pharmacy operations in an infusion setting. This direct hire position requires a dynamic professional with strong leadership skills, a commitment to regulatory compliance, and a passion for delivering high-quality pharmacy services. The role offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with some administrative on-call duties and schedule flexibility.

Responsibilities include:

• Direct and manage pharmacy operations to ensure efficient and compliant services
• Apply knowledge of USP 797 and 800 standards and State Board of Pharmacy regulations
• Oversee compounding, dispensing, and clinical monitoring services
• Ensure all pharmacy practices meet local, state, and federal licensing and standards
• Identify and assess patient, drug, and disease-related concerns to develop appropriate care plans
• Supervise the preparation and accuracy of medication formulations
• Manage controlled substances handling and security
• Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, and clinical teams
• Serve as a drug information resource and participate in sales support activities
• Manage staff hiring, training, performance management, and strategic development
• Maintain participation in pharmacist on-call schedules and coverage

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Registered Pharmacist with relevant clinical experience
• Minimum of 7 years of pharmacist experience, preferably including direct compounding
• Prior specialty pharmacy or infusion pharmacy experience highly preferred
• Possession of active state licensure and any additional licensure required by the state
• Postgraduate training and leadership experience managing pharmacy staff
