An infusion Pharmacy Manager position is now available for direct hire in Dublin, OH, offering the opportunity to lead a skilled pharmacy team while ensuring the delivery of high-quality pharmacy services and medical supplies in compliance with established regulations and standards.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Schedule flexibility required
  • Administrative on-call duties

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee pharmacy operations to promote effective workflow and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to USP 797, USP 800, and State Board of Pharmacy regulations.
  • Manage compounding, dispensing, and clinical monitoring services safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal licensing and standards for pharmacy practices.
  • Conduct patient assessments to identify drug-related needs and develop care plans.
  • Supervise formulation preparation, ensuring accuracy and safety.
  • Manage controlled substances handling and security protocols.
  • Interface with physicians and referral sources to support patient care.
  • Serve as a drug information resource and actively participate in sales support.
  • Administer managerial responsibilities including hiring, training, performance management, and strategic planning.
  • Participate in on-call pharmacist coverage as scheduled.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or R.Ph. with clinical experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of pharmacist experience, preferably with direct compounding expertise.
  • Specialty pharmacy or home infusion experience strongly preferred.
  • Active and applicable state pharmacy licensure.
  • Postgraduate training preferred.
  • Familiarity with CPR+ and CareTend systems is advantageous.
  • Additional licensure as required by state regulations.
