Supervising Pharmacy Manager | Dublin, Ohio

An experienced pharmacy professional is sought to lead operations in a home infusion setting. This direct hire opportunity offers a leadership role overseeing daily pharmacy activities focused on safe, home-based intravenous therapies and sterile compounding. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in managing pharmacy staff and operations, with a preference for infusion or specialty pharmacy backgrounds.

Location: Dublin, OH
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Requires schedule flexibility and administrative on-call duties

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily pharmacy operations including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory control
• Lead recruitment, orientation, training, performance assessments, and develop on-call staff schedules
• Ensure compliance with State Board of Pharmacy regulations and USP <797/800> sterile compounding standards
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize clinical outcomes for infusion therapies
• Support business goals through branch budgeting, workflow enhancements, and performance improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in Ohio
• 5–7 years’ clinical and operational experience in a home infusion or acute care environment
• Strong knowledge of IV admixture services, sterile compounding regulations, and pharmacy team leadership
• Experience with CPR+ or CareTend systems highly preferred
