Supervising Pharmacy Manager - Dublin, Ohio

Lead daily pharmacy operations and clinical services for safe, home-based intravenous therapies as a Pharmacy Manager in Dublin, OH. This direct hire position requires a skilled professional to oversee sterile compounding, manage pharmacy personnel, and ensure compliance with rigorous regulatory standards, all while supporting branch profitability and clinical excellence.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Must have schedule flexibility, including administrative on-call duties

Responsibilities:

• Direct daily pharmacy operations, including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory management
• Supervise and lead pharmacists and technicians through recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and on-call scheduling
• Ensure compliance with State Boards of Pharmacy regulations and USP <797/800> compounding guidelines
• Maintain clinical expertise in infusion therapies and collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
• Participate in branch budgeting, workflow optimization, and performance improvements

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of Ohio
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in clinical and operational roles within home infusion or acute care settings
• Proven leadership skills managing pharmacy staff, with a focus on training and orientation
• Strong knowledge of IV admixture services and regulatory accreditation requirements
• Experience with CPR+ and CareTend systems highly preferred
• Prior infusion setting experience is highly desired; specialty pharmacy experience will also be considered
