Supervising Pharmacy Manager | Dyess Afb, Texas

Lead pharmacy operations as a Pharmacist In Charge (PIC) at a well-established location in Abilene, TX. This role offers the opportunity to manage a dedicated pharmacy team while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering exceptional patient care. The position operates Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, providing a consistent and balanced schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy functions to maintain smooth operations and regulatory compliance
• Serve as the Pharmacist In Charge, upholding high standards of practice and safety
• Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment
• Manage sterile and non-sterile compounding processes with accuracy and attention to detail
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives within the pharmacy team

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current Texas Pharmacist License is required
• Willingness to obtain multiple state licenses over time to support pharmacy expansion
• Minimum of one year of pharmacist experience, with exposure to compounding preferred
• Previous experience as a Pharmacist In Charge is highly valued
