Supervising Pharmacy Manager - Elyria, Ohio

Lead pharmacy operations focused on safe, effective home-based intravenous therapies in a managerial role overseeing infusion pharmacy services. Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Must have schedule flexibility including administrative on-call duties

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily pharmacy operations encompassing sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory control
• Supervise pharmacists and technicians, lead recruitment, orient and train staff, conduct performance evaluations, and manage on-call schedules
• Maintain strict compliance with State Boards of Pharmacy regulations and USP <797/800> sterile compounding standards
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to optimize infusion therapy clinical outcomes
• Contribute to branch budgeting, workflow optimization, and continuous performance improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in Ohio
• 5-7 years of clinical and operational experience in home infusion or acute care pharmacy settings
• Strong expertise in IV admixture services and regulatory compliance
• Proven leadership skills in managing pharmacy teams
• Experience with CPR+ and CareTend systems highly preferred
• Prior infusion pharmacy experience highly desirable; candidates with specialty pharmacy background will also be considered
