340B Pharmacy Manager Fort Wayne, IN

A growing Federally Qualified Health Center in Central Indiana is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to oversee pharmacy operations and staff. This role is ideal for Fort Wayne–based pharmacists open to a leadership opportunity with predictable hours and long-term impact.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• No nights, weekends, or holidays

Responsibilities

• Manage pharmacy team performance, scheduling, and training
• Oversee prescription processing and provider collaboration
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and internal policies
• Manage inventory, controlled substances, and documentation
• Support pharmacy expansion efforts and telepharmacy services
• Collaborate with executive leadership on pharmacy operations

Requirements

• PharmD from an ACPE-accredited program
• Active Indiana Pharmacist license
• Certified immunizer
• Management experience preferred
• Experience in FQHC or community health environments beneficial
