An opportunity is available for an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead the daily operations of a newly established ambulatory infusion pharmacy north of Charlotte, NC. This direct hire position is ideal for a professional with strong leadership skills and a background in infusion pharmacy settings, eager to contribute to the success of a new site opening.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations to ensure efficient workflow and exemplary patient care
• Supervise pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, fostering teamwork and collaboration
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Promote safe medication practices and maintain high standards of patient care
• Support and develop a cohesive team environment that encourages productive working relationships

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an infusion pharmacy setting; infusion management experience highly preferred
• Current and valid NC Pharmacy license in good standing
• Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated capacity to work effectively as both a leader and team member
• Commitment to quality patient care and regulatory compliance

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
