Retail Pharmacy Manager in Gilbert, AZ

An interim Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) position is available for a retail pharmacy in Mesa, AZ. This contract role is expected to last approximately 8 weeks, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent position based on mutual fit. The pharmacy provides technician support to assist with daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Manage staff and workflow to maintain efficient service delivery
• Serve as the pharmacist in charge, responsible for all pharmacy-related functions
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and other team members to optimize patient care

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years recent retail pharmacy experience
• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of retail pharmacy practices and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
