Supervising Pharmacy Manager - Glendale, Arizona

Assignment Type: Contract to Hire
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

Location: Glendale, AZ (Arcadia/Phoenix area)
Script Volume: Under 100 prescriptions per day
Support Staff: 1 compounding technician, 1 retail technician
Pharmacy System: PioneerRx

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day pharmacy operations and staff
• Oversee compounding processes, workflow, inventory management, and regulatory compliance
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and healthcare providers
• Drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency
• Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge, with potential to transition into ownership

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Arizona pharmacist license or eligibility to obtain one
• Proven leadership and excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in compounding and independent pharmacy settings is preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine interest in a future ownership role
