Supervising Pharmacy Manager | Globe, Arizona

Oversee pharmacy operations and lead a diverse team in a dynamic healthcare setting. Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of 64, including pharmacists, lead technicians, technicians, and clerical staff.
• Direct daily workflow to optimize pharmacy services and medication distribution.
• Schedule staff effectively to meet operational demands.
• Assist in developing and achieving departmental goals aligned with organizational objectives and strategic plans.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy.
• Oversee daily reconciliation of medication and supply orders, resolve discrepancies, and communicate issues promptly.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor of Science degree and/or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited School of Pharmacy required.
• Minimum of 3 years pharmacist experience required, with at least 2 years preferred in hospital practice.
• Current and active Pharmacist license required; Arizona state license preferred.
