Per Diem Supervising Pharmacy Manager | Grand Junction, Colorado

An opportunity is available for a pharmacy manager to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient care and safety. The position is per diem with a contract assignment scheduled from March 30 to April 3, located in Grand Junction, Colorado.

Schedule:

• 1st shift
• 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

• Counsel and advise patients on their medications and treatment regimens, ensuring understanding and adherence
• Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly in line with organizational policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate stock and controlled drug records along with inventory management
• Resolve patient issues and clarify third-party coverage to streamline medication access and billing

Qualifications:

• Active and clear pharmacist license in the state of Colorado is mandatory
• Minimum of 1-year experience in retail pharmacy practice
• Prior retail pharmacy management experience is preferred to effectively oversee staff and store operations
