Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager in Grove City, OH

A direct hire opportunity is available for an experienced Infusion Pharmacy Manager to lead operations in a home infusion setting. This role requires a dynamic professional who can oversee all aspects of pharmacy management, ensuring safe, effective home-based intravenous therapies, and fostering a high-performing team.

Location: Grove City, OH
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with schedule flexibility and administrative on-call duties
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily pharmacy operations including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory control
• Manage recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and on-call scheduling for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
• Ensure strict compliance with State Boards of Pharmacy laws and USP compounding guidelines
• Maintain clinical expertise in infusion therapies, collaborating closely with healthcare providers to optimize patient care
• Drive branch profitability through budgeting, workflow optimization, and continuous performance improvements

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited program
• Active, unrestricted Ohio pharmacist license
• 5-7 years of clinical and operational experience, preferably in home infusion or acute care pharmacy
• Strong knowledge of IV admixture services and regulatory accreditation requirements
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing pharmacy staff, including training and orientation
• Proficiency with CPR+ and CareTend systems is highly preferred
