An exceptional leadership role is available for a Manager of Regional Pharmacy, providing strategic oversight and operational leadership across multiple pharmacy sites. This position plays a critical role in supporting financial performance, advancing quality initiatives, and ensuring seamless system-wide pharmacy operations within a healthcare setting.

Employment Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday through Friday, with 24/7 accountability
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage pharmacy operations across assigned sites, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements
- Assist the Director of Pharmacy in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and quality assurance initiatives
- Collaborate with system pharmacy leadership on budgeting, operational planning, and problem-solving
- Maintain strong communication and relationships with medical staff and hospital departments to support collaborative care
- Oversee pharmacy information systems, including charge capture and inventory control processes
- Participate actively in various committees focused on pharmacy and patient safety
- Manage human resource functions such as hiring, staff development, performance evaluations, and employee relations
- Ensure pharmacy operations meet productivity, budget, engagement, and patient outcome objectives
Qualifications:
- PharmD degree from an accredited college or university
- Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY2 pharmacy residency in health-system pharmacy administration or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five years supervisory or management experience in a pharmacy setting
- Active Wisconsin Pharmacist license required
