A leadership role is open for a Manager of Regional Pharmacy responsible for directing pharmacy operations across multiple sites in a healthcare system. This role focuses on optimizing financial performance, quality standards, and operational efficiency while collaborating closely with pharmacy leadership and clinical staff.

Qualifications and Experience:
- PharmD degree from an accredited college or university
- Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY2 residency in health-system pharmacy administration or equivalent work experience
- At least 5 years of supervisory or management experience in a pharmacy setting
- Active Wisconsin Pharmacist license
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct all pharmacy functions across assigned sites, aligning operations with hospital policies and compliance mandates
- Support the Director of Pharmacy in policy development, quality assurance, and performance improvement strategies
- Collaborate with system pharmacy leadership on budgeting, operational planning, and problem-solving initiatives
- Foster strong communication channels with medical staff and other hospital departments
- Utilize pharmacy information systems to enhance inventory control, charge systems, and management programs
- Participate actively in various committees related to medication safety, pharmacy therapeutics, and hospital operations
- Manage human resources activities, including hiring, staff development, evaluations, compensation, and employee relations
- Ensure pharmacy operations meet productivity, budget, engagement, and patient outcome goals
