Pharmacy Manager - Lamont, CA

An opportunity is available for an Interim Pharmacy Operations Manager to oversee pharmacy services across two hospital campuses in an inpatient setting. This contract position spans approximately 3 to 6 months, with a start date that allows some scheduling flexibility.

Reporting directly to the Director of Pharmacy, the Pharmacy Operations Manager will be the key support in managing the daily operations of pharmacy departments serving an average daily patient census of 120 to 150 across the Downtown and Southwest campuses.

• Supervise and ensure smooth daily pharmacy operations across both campuses.
• Manage employee scheduling to maintain optimal pharmacy staffing.
• Address and resolve operational issues promptly as they arise.
