Job Description
Soliant is seeking an experienced Pharmacist In Charge (PIC) for a high-priority direct hire opportunity with a specialty pharmacy serving vulnerable patient populations in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role is with a mission-driven organization focused on HIV/AIDS care and comprehensive pharmacy services. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience in retail or specialty pharmacy and is passionate about delivering patient-centered care in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This is a highly visible leadership role overseeing pharmacy operations, driving process improvement, and ensuring compliance while supporting innovative clinical services that directly impact patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
Serve as Pharmacist-In-Charge (PIC) and oversee daily pharmacy operations
Ensure compliance with state board of pharmacy regulations and organizational standards
Lead and support pharmacy staff across multiple operational workflows
Collaborate with leadership teams to develop and implement best practices
Participate in internal and external meetings, trainings, and conferences
Maintain high-quality clinical and dispensing services for specialty populations
Promote innovation in pharmacy processes and patient care delivery
Foster a culture aligned with organizational mission and core values

Qualifications
Active Nevada Pharmacist license
Minimum 3–5 years of pharmacy management or PIC experience (retail/specialty required)
Strong foundational knowledge of HIV/AIDS medications required
Preferred Experience
5–10+ years of pharmacy leadership experience highly preferred
Specialty pharmacy experience strongly preferred
Experience working with diverse patient populations
Education
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent from an accredited institution
Work Schedule
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Full-time, on-site
Compensation
Salary Range: $128,000 – $145,000 (DOE)
Quarterly performance bonuses available
