Supervising Pharmacy Manager | Lawrenceville, Georgia

This leadership position offers the opportunity to manage all aspects of a home infusion pharmacy, ensuring high-quality intravenous therapy services in the comfort of patients’ homes. The role requires a strong emphasis on staff development, regulatory compliance, clinical excellence, and operational efficiencies to drive branch success.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy functions including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory control.
• Lead and support pharmacists and pharmacy technicians through recruitment, comprehensive training, orientation, and performance management.
• Ensure strict compliance with State Board of Pharmacy regulations and USP <797/800> sterile compounding standards.
• Collaborate clinically with healthcare providers to optimize infusion therapy outcomes.
• Contribute to business planning including budget management, workflow enhancements, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide administrative on-call support as needed, with pharmacist team sharing regular on-call duties.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of practice.
• 5-7 years of experience in home infusion or acute care pharmacy, including direct clinical and operational leadership.
• Proven expertise in managing infusion services, regulatory compliance, and staff development.
• Familiarity with CPR+ and CareTend systems highly preferred.
• Demonstrated flexibility with schedule and on-call responsibilities.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with schedule flexibility essential.
