Pharmacy Manager in Lawrenceville, GA

This home infusion pharmacy leadership opportunity requires an experienced manager to oversee daily operations and clinical services for safe, home-based intravenous therapies. The role focuses on sterile compounding and IV admixture preparation, pharmacy staff supervision, regulatory compliance, and driving branch performance.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Must have schedule flexibility for administrative on-call duties
• Pharmacist team shares regular on-call rotation

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct day-to-day pharmacy operations including sterile compounding, dispensing, IV admixture, and inventory management
• Lead recruitment, training, orientation, performance evaluations, and scheduling of pharmacists and technicians
• Enforce strict compliance with State Board of Pharmacy regulations and USP <797/800> guidelines
• Collaborate clinically with physicians and nurses to optimize infusion therapy outcomes
• Support business functions including budgeting, workflow optimization, and performance improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited program
• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in Georgia
• 5-7 years of clinical and operational experience in home infusion or acute care pharmacy settings
• Strong expertise in IV admixture services and pharmacy regulatory compliance
• Proven leadership skills with an emphasis on staff training and long-term development
• Experience with CPR+ and CareTend systems highly preferred
