Manage daily pharmacy operations and clinical services within a home infusion setting, overseeing the safe administration of intravenous therapies delivered in patients’ homes. This direct-hire position is based in Lawrenceville, GA, and requires a focused leader to guide sterile compounding activities, lead pharmacy staff, and uphold stringent regulatory standards while promoting branch success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily pharmacy workflows including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory control.
  • Lead recruitment, orientation, ongoing training, evaluation, and scheduling of pharmacists and technicians.
  • Ensure compliance with State Boards of Pharmacy regulations and USP <797/800> sterile compounding guidelines.
  • Maintain clinical expertise in infusion therapies, collaborating closely with healthcare providers to enhance patient care.
  • Drive business objectives through budgeting support, workflow efficiencies, and performance improvement efforts.
  • Provide administrative on-call support as needed; support pharmacist team with rotating on-call duties.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
  • Active, unrestricted pharmacist license valid in Georgia.
  • 5-7 years of combined clinical and operational experience in home infusion or acute care pharmacy settings.
  • Strong background in IV admixture services and adherence to regulatory accreditation standards.
  • Demonstrated success in team leadership, staff development, and training for sustainable growth.
  • Preferred experience with CPR+/CareTend pharmacy management systems.
